Flaherty & Collins Properties is developing the blvd at Anson, which will include 80 trendy rental residences (one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and two-bedroom lofts) and 9,400 square feet of retail/amenity space in two identical three-story buildings. Apartment Homes are offered at $735.00 to $1275.00 monthly.

The L-shaped buildings also include 20 tuck-under garages for the residences. The retail/amenity space, which will include the leasing office and a health and fitness center, will be located in the corner of each building, and will have a four-story look, with a brick, glass, and plaster exterior. A flat roof will feature a roof top outdoor living space and will contribute to the buildings' "main street" feel.

Flaherty & Collins Properties will act as developer, general contractor, and property manager for the blvd at Anson project. Opening September 2007!
